CH field work

 

 Date: November 24 2025 Time period: 5:10-5:25 Weather: cold, cloudy sky Temperature: 44 degrees (Fahrenheit)  Sunrise: 7:47 AM Sunset: 5:15 PM Organisms noticed: Moth, deer  Notes: the leaves are completely brown, most have fallen. there is no more poison ivy. When I went there it was completely quiet giving off a very eerie vibe. very little green left only one green plant in the picture above. Very weird shaped tree stump that seemed to have rotted very strangely. The moth flew by me and I couldn't get a photo and the deer ran when we drove in to drive through.  

Date: October 28 2025 Time period: 6:19-6:40 Weather: Clear sky, windy Temperature: 48 degrees (Fahrenheit)  Sunrise: 8:14 AM Sunset: 6:42 PM Organisms noticed: 5 squirrels, 2 birds Notes: leaves are starting to become yellow and orange.  Colder than usual, Squirrels communicating before winter.  Date: October 7 2025 Time period 5:34-5:49 Weather: Clear sky windy  Temperature: 63 degrees (Fahrenheit)  Sunrise: 7:49 AM Sunset: 7:15 PM Organisms noticed: 2 squirrels, chipmunk, 5 deer*.   *Notes: 1 of the squirrels had ran away before I could take a photo same with the deer.  

  Date: September 20 2025 Time period 7:23-7:50 Weather: Thunder Storm darker than usual for this time of day Temperature: 68 degrees (Fahrenheit)  Sunrise: 7:30 AM Sunset: 7:45 PM Organisms noticed: squirrel, moth, sparrow.  Notes: I believe because of the rain there were not a lot of animals out.    Tracks very hard to see most likely deer

  Date: August 28 2025 Time period 7:02-7:13 Weather: Partly cloudy nice day for outdoor activities very small breeze.  Temperature: 70 degrees (Fahrenheit)  Sunrise: 7:05 Sunset: 8:26 Organisms noticed: Ants, a squirrel, deer out of the plot farther in woods, could hear birds.  CH EDD Field Study Video
